Design Fees & Charges

 

Initial Meeting - Free of charge (travel expenses if appropriate).
Subsequent Meetings - €50 per hour pro rata, minimum fee €65.

Design Fee  

  •      Standard - As quoted, from €250 per room. The design fee covers sourcing of all fabrics, wall and floor coverings, acquisition of samples and brochures plus a standard room survey.       
  • Comprehensive - As quoted, from €450 per room. The comprehensive includes all the above plus a sample/mood board and costing sheet.
  •      3D Drawings - colour rendered 3D drawings of room schemes can be provided at an additional cost of €150 each, if the client requires.
  •      Full Project Management 10% of overall project cost

Personal Shopping -  also available is the service of accompanying clients to shops, showrooms, fairs and auction houses in Meath, Cavan, Dublin and Kildare to advise on suitable fabrics, furniture and accessories for a client's design project. The fee for this service is €245.00 for a half-day, or €400.00 for a 6-hour day.

Supply of Materials/Labour - Fabrics, wallpapers, furniture, accessories, floor coverings, tradesmen labour fees etc. are supplied at competitive prices. A detailed quotation is supplied for the client's approval prior to the placement of any purchase orders. Delivery charges incurred are charged on to the client at cost. Payments for any item supplied must be paid in full in advance. Any related restocking charges incurred will be forwarded to the client.

Disbursements - Standard postage, telephone, travel within the above areas and parking are included. Overseas phone calls are charged at cost. Photocopies of design drawings are charged at cost. Special courier charged at cost.

Payments of Account - A design fee deposit of 50% is payable upon engagement with the remainder payable upon delivery of design drawings or project completion.
